Description
The brückenWIRT is a family-run hotel with a restaurant in the Salzburg region.
We stand for genuine hospitality, clear processes, and a team that sticks together. We are currently expanding our offerings: On June 20, we will open our new terrace. And in mid-July, we will open the renovated and partially rebuilt Tennerhof with 15 new rooms. Renovation work will only have a limited impact on ongoing operations.
We are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) for our reception desk who can keep track of everything, communicate in a friendly manner, and make guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Requirements
• Check-in and check-out, as well as active guest support on site• Telephone and email correspondence, reservations, and quotations• Collaboration with housekeeping and service for smooth operations• Accounting and general front office organization• Contact person for questions, requests, and solutions in everyday life
