Here's what we offer:

• Regular working hours: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. – Sundays only in the evening
• Full-time position with 38.5 hours per week and only 4.5 days in the kitchen

We are a 4-star hotel in St. Johann im Pongau – open year-round. We have an à la carte restaurant and a lovely terrace in the summer. We host 80–110 guests during peak seasons on a half-board basis. Our kitchen boasts a fantastic team that works very well together. Our sous chef is leaving us after 8 years of great collaboration.

Our menu consists of a traditional pub-style section and a seasonal and international section—the latter is updated every 8 weeks or completely revamped. I personally place great value on craftsmanship. Convenience foods make up no more than 5% of our menu.

Our cuisine is well-known and popular. We have a beautiful seminar area and are among Austria’s top seminar hotels. Weddings, memorial services, and birthday celebrations round out the picture.

We work 4.5 days a week (on Sundays, the kitchen is open only in the evening). Pay is above average, and schedules are created in collaboration with the head chef. Since we operate year-round, it is also possible to take vacation in July or August. We take good care of our employees, which is why we have an extremely low turnover rate. Almost all employees are from St. Johann and the surrounding area.
