Receptionist (m/f/d) with Front-of-House Support | Full-time | 40 hours | 5-day workweek

Zillner Hotel GmbH operates the Boutique Hotel Martha, the Hotel der Schmittenhof, the B&B by Zillner, and the Villa Marlene in Zell am See. We offer a family-like work environment, a supportive atmosphere, and the opportunity to work at two unique hotels.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming and seeing off our guests
- Check-in and check-out
- Processing reservations and guest correspondence
- Providing advice to our guests by phone and in person
- Cashier duties and general front desk tasks
- Close collaboration with housekeeping and the kitchen
- Assisting with breakfast and dinner service as needed
- Managing the hotel bar and attending to guest requests
What you bring to the table
- Completed training in tourism or professional experience in a front desk role
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency with computers (experience with hotel software is a plus)
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently, in an organized and reliable manner
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a passion for working with guests
