Building Technician / Janitor (m/f/d) – Full-time | 40 hours | 5-day workweek
To support our existing building maintenance team, we are looking for a motivated individual.

Zillner Hotel GmbH operates the Schmittenhof Hotel, the Boutique Hotel Martha, the B&B by Zillner, and Villa Marlene in Zell am See. As a family-run business, we stand for quality, teamwork, honesty, and genuine hospitality.
Requirements
- Ongoing repair and maintenance work throughout the hotel
- Maintenance and upkeep of technical systems
- Maintenance of gardens and outdoor areas
- Winter services (snow removal and salting)
- Operation of a tractor and other technical equipment
- Assistance with minor remodeling and renovation work
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the hotel
- Completed training in a skilled trade
- Class B driver’s license
- Experience operating tractors and technical equipment
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and meticulously
- Ability to work well in a team and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Language skills
