Requirements
💛 Your Responsibilities
- Independently handling check-in and check-out
- Providing personalized assistance and advice to our guests
- Processing inquiries, quotes, and reservations
- Correspondence in German and English
- Invoicing and accounting
- Assistance in the service area as needed
- Organization and oversight in the front office

- Experience with hotel software is a plus
