As a Hotel and Hospitality Assistant (m/f/d), you’ll gain insight into many areas of our hotel and, step by step, become a true all-rounder.
Requirements
What to Expect When You Join Us
- You’ll get to know different areas of our hotel
- You’ll assist at the front desk and with guest services
- You’ll gain insight into reservations and operations
- You’ll learn about the service workflow
- You’ll assist with breakfast and in the restaurant
- You’ll gain insight into housekeeping and the hotel’s daily operations
- You’ll learn how to organize events and accommodate special guest requests
- You’ll work with many different people
- And of course, our motto is: Everyone helps everyone!

You don’t have to be a hotel pro yet— that’s what the apprenticeship is for! 😉
We’re looking for someone who:
- enjoys working with people
- is friendly and open
- is curious and likes to try new things
- is reliable and motivated
- has strong organizational skills
- enjoys working as part of a team
- enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting to work
If you like variety and don’t want to sit in the same spot all day, this apprenticeship might be just the thing for you!
Language skills
English A2 (basics)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
