Requirements
🏔️ What to Expect When You Stay With Us
- A warm welcome and personalized service for our guests
- Check-in & Check-out
- Processing reservations and guest requests
- Communication by phone and in writing
- Advising our guests on excursions, hikes, ski resorts, and activities
- Close collaboration with all departments
- Organizing and coordinating all aspects of our guests’ stays
- Point of contact for requests big and small
- And most importantly: Here, everyone helps everyone else!

You are:

- a true team player
Training or experience working at the front desk is, of course, a plus.
But what’s even more important to us is your personality—because you can’t just memorize a warm “welcome.”
Experience
< 1 Jahr Work experience
Language skills
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Computer skills
Elite (Basic knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
2370 € gross / month
Salary negotiable based on hours per week!!! This position is subject to the minimum base salary under the collective bargaining agreement; we are willing to pay above the collective bargaining rate depending on your qualifications. It also depends on whether it’s a 5-day or 6-day workweek and how many hours you work.
