Requirements
Your tasks: Independent preparation and preparation of the breakfast and salad buffet, mise-en-place activities, creative preparation of dishes, production and preparation of dishes for our guests, goods receipt and goods inspection, professional storage of goods, compliance with all hygiene and food law requirements and regulations, responsible for the cleanliness of the workplace and post management, careful handling of goods and kitchen inventory
Your qualifications: completed, job-specific training in the catering or hotel industry, professional experience as a breakfast chef, independent management of the kitchen post, attention to detail, careful and correct handling of the work equipment and products provided, friendliness and cordiality, reliability and sense of responsibility, good knowledge of German and English
