For our small, cozy, family-run 4-star hotel in Lech am Arlberg, we are looking for a motivated junior chef (m/f/d) to join us from early December 2026 through mid-April 2027. Requirements
If you have completed your training and have professional experience in a similar position, are fully committed to your responsibilities, are creative and dedicated, and have a strong commitment to quality, then you’ll be a great fit for our team!
Your responsibilities: * Preparing breakfast and assisting with service during breakfast (preparing eggs, omelets, etc.) * Preparing mise en place for the following day * Preparing afternoon snacks (daily soup, freshly baked cakes, sandwiches, etc.) * Preparing lunch and dinner for the manager and staff—for approximately 10 people * Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines in the kitchen and storage area * Placing orders * Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
