Under the guidance of our widely renowned head chef, you’ll work independently as a junior chef at your station and actively contribute to our modern, traditional cuisine with a twist.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently managing your position
- Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
- Assisting with menu development and contributing creative ideas
- Ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficient workflows
- Training and supporting commis chefs and apprentices
What you bring to the table:
- Completed culinary training
- Creativity and a passion for cooking with fresh, regional ingredients
- Independent, structured work style
- Team spirit, reliability, and a passion for the culinary arts
- Language skills
German
