Description

We are looking for a committed young chef (m/f/d) for our family-run **** hotel, directly on Lake Klopein, for the summer season. Starting date: 26.04.2024 or by arrangement Our hotel guests have half board with breakfast buffet and a 4-course dinner. For dinner we offer 3 choice menus (fish, meat and vegetarian). For our younger guests we offer a daily 3-course menu in buffet form. You are reliable, able to work under pressure, creative and enjoy your job. Send us your application. Requirements

- Completed adequate training in the hotel/catering industry - practical experience - production and preparation of meals for half board and à la carte cuisine - all mise en place work - compliance with and control of all HACCP - good technical knowledge and enjoyment of the job - commitment

Language skills

German

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full time (6 days)

Work experience: 1 Jahr

Employment relationship: Fixed term contract

Monthly salary: 3200 €
Salary type: gross
: for 6 days week and 48 hours. The total gross includes KV minimum salary Carinthia (LG4) + overpayment. Willingness to overpay exists.
