Description
The Ferienhotels Sonne**** have the Hotel & Spa Sonne and the baby+children's hotel SONNELINO opposite. Direct lakeside location, unique lakeside terrace with restaurant, generous lake wellness facilities, lido, swimming pool, indoor pool, saunas, cosmetic and massage treatments. Children are looked after and entertained in the Sonnelino miniclub. Free use of the tennis courts. Golf offers for the 18-hole Golfpark Klopeiner See-Südkärnten. Our house is run personally and individually. As a direct contact for our guests, we are looking for people with enthusiasm for the profession, commitment and team player qualities. Requirements
You have completed training in the hotel industry or have a high school diploma We work with the Protel hotel program, reservation assistant and MS Office. Your tasks are * friendly interaction with guests * Providing guests with appropriate professional advice * Processing inquiries and reservations by telephone and email * Providing vacation advice by telephone * Making appointments for beauty and massage treatments, golf tee times... * Protel knowledge an advantage * Various administrative tasks Requirements: * very good MS-Office knowledge in Word * good manners * very good knowledge of German * used to working independently * willingness to learn * responsible and accurate way of working * quick comprehension * well-groomed appearance You are an open-minded, friendly, communicative person who is also able to cope with stressful situations.
