For our family-run hotel, we’re looking for an All-Around Housekeeping & Dishwashing Assistant (m/f/d) to actively support our team.
Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- 50/50 - Housekeeping / Dishwashing
- Cleaning and maintaining our guest rooms
- Cleaning of public areas
- Assisting in the laundry room
- Assisting in our dishwashing area—black and white dishes
- Order and cleanliness behind the scenes
- Working together to ensure our guests feel completely at home
What you should bring to the table:
- Enjoyment of clean and precise work
- Reliability and team spirit
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience is a plus—but your attitude is more important
- Language skills

Offer
- Full-time/option of a 6- or 5-day workweek, as a year-round or seasonal position
- Meals included
- Staff room for only €100 per month
- Starting salary from €2,050 net for a 6-day week (48 hours) and from €1,700 net for a 5-day week (40 hours)
- Higher salary if no staff room is required
- Plus 13th and 14th month salaries and tips (all hotel tips are fairly divided among all employees)
- Willingness to pay above market rate depending on qualifications
