About us: Located in the heart of the Zillertal Alps, the Hintertuxerhof offers families and children not just accommodation, but an unforgettable experience. With our dedicated team and a loving, child-friendly atmosphere, we create unforgettable moments for our little guests. Your role: As a play and fun creator, you are the heart of our childcare. You create a world full of adventure, laughter and creativity for children of all ages. Your goal is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating environment where each child can discover and develop their individual talents and interests. About the childcare: In our hotel we accommodate an average of 30-50 children, sometimes even up to 65 during the vacation season. Our guests range in age from 6 months to around 12-14 years. Childcare is provided daily from 09:00 to 21:00, with flexibility required to work different shifts.

Requirements

Children come first in our hotel offer! We offer daily childcare for children from 6 months to 14 years in our two playrooms, the Chill Base for teens and on our year-round playground. For our dynamic childcare team, we are looking for an active employee who wants to realize his/her potential in working with children with commitment and creativity. What you should bring: Experience and/or in childcare as well as the motivation to learn new things in this field. Business fluent German language skills; English language skills also at a business fluent level. A dynamic and open-minded character with the desire to work in a great team. Good manners in contact with guests and the ability to be a reliable team player. Creativity and commitment in the design and implementation of children's programs and activities. Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. We offer both seasonal and year-round positions, depending on the applicant's needs and availability. You will be part of a dedicated team who are passionate about looking after and entertaining our younger guests. Your goal will be to create a safe, stimulating and joyful environment for children of different ages to play, learn and grow.

Offer

Our offer for you as a play and fun designer: Versatile and varied work: Become part of our dynamic team and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for children from 6 months to 14 years. Design creative and exciting programs in our two playrooms, the Chill Base for teens and on our year-round playground. Working hours and position: 5-day week, available as a year-round or seasonal position. Part-time employment is also possible. Salary: €1,600 net for a 5-day week (42.5 hours). In addition to the salary, you will receive a 13th and 14th monthly salary as well as a share of the hotel gratuity, which is divided fairly among all employees. A higher salary is possible if a staff room is not required. Willingness to overpay depending on your qualification profile.
