We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader for the Kids’ Club (m/f/d) to support our Department Head and share responsibility for our motivated team. You are the heart of our kids’ program and ensure that our young guests go home with a smile on their faces and cherished memories.

What you bring to the table

✔️ A completed degree in early childhood education (childcare, early childhood education, BAfEP, after-school care assistant, preschool assistant, or equivalent)

✔️ Experience working with children ages 1–12

✔️ Class B driver's license✔️ You can communicate well in German and English✔️ A sense of responsibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with families✔️ Willingness to work full or part shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. – on a rotating basis with the team, with a fair schedule.
