Your role in our mission

Creating Heartfelt Moments: You are the companion for our little explorers and ensure that they feel safe and understood with us.Making adventures happen: Whether through crafts, forest adventures, time on the playground, or the pony program—you fill the vacation with life and creativity.Well-being through structure: You benefit from clear routines and structured care schedules so you can fully focus on the heartfelt connections with the children.Be part of a whole: You’ll work in a warm and welcoming environment where appreciation isn’t just a word—it’s lived out every day.

What you bring to the table

✔️ A completed degree in early childhood education (childcare, early childhood education, BAfEP, after-school care assistant, preschool assistant, or equivalent)

✔️ Experience working with children ages 1–12

✔️ Class B driver's license✔️You can communicate well in German and English✔️A sense of responsibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with families✔️Willingness to work full or part shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. – on a rotating basis with the team, with a fair schedule.
