At Seitenalm, we create a retreat where families can relax and leave their everyday lives behind. We are looking for a childcare worker (m/f/d) who will work with us to ensure that our little guests go home with smiles on their faces and precious memories in their hearts.

What you bring to the table

✔️ A completed education in teaching (childcare, pedagogy, BAfEP, after-school care assistant, kindergarten assistant, or similar)

✔️ Experience working with children aged 1–12

✔️ Class B driver's license✔️You can communicate well in German and English✔️Sense of responsibility, reliability, and a genuine love for families✔️Willingness to work full or part shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. – alternating with the team, fairly planned.
