Apprenticeship (m/f/d)

immediately5 days /40 hours per week

Your training as a hotel and catering assistant

• You will get to know all the organizational and administrative work of a hotel or catering business.
• You won't get bored, because your tasks are extensive and varied:
  • Dealing with room plans
  • EDP correspondence
  • Sale
  • Cash management
  • Accounting
  • Warehousing
• You will work in all departments and get to know the company in all its structures:
  • Front Office
    • Check-in
    • Check-out
    • Guest care and information
  • Kitchen
    • Food preparation at its finest down to the last detail, stock management, purchasing and food hygiene
  • Service
    • Serving drinks and food in a sophisticated manner, setting tables and much more
  • Team building - learn from and with each other

What you bring with you:

• A positive compulsory school leaving certificate.
• A basic knowledge of English is a prerequisite.
• Friendly, courteous and communicative demeanor.
• A willingness to learn and a high level of motivation for this apprenticeship.
• You want to be part of a team and learn with and from each other.
• Career changers, retrainees and high school graduates for further training are very welcome!

The apprenticeship has a duration of 3 years. Apprenticeship time can be credited by the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce.
