We are looking for a motivated á la carte chef for our popular excursion inn in Karwendel/Achensee. Traditional alpine, fresh cuisine. You are looking for a position as a cook who does not like to work in large brigades, but is at home in all positions in the kitchen, varied in a small team. What we expect from you: Professional requirements: - Preferably with experience in the a la carte business, fresh and varied cuisine - Awareness of positive guest experience - Training as a chef or corresponding professional experience - Passion for the craft of cooking and traditional home cooking - Creativity and an appreciative attitude towards food - High level of teamwork and commitment - Good knowledge of HACCP guidelines - Languages: Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage - Good manners and well-groomed appearance What we expect interpersonally: - Willingness and interest to get involved - in the interests of the guests, cooperation with colleagues and the company - A zest for life and a sense of humor - A sense of responsibility - Commitment and solution orientation
