• Responsibility for kitchen operations at eva,ALM
• Preparation and cooking of dishes, as well as plating. Our highlights at eva,ALM: burgers , potato goulash, lentil stew, sparips, steak,
• Hot bread, fresh salads, and apple strudel—we're always open to your ideas, of course ;-)
• Qualitycontrol of the products to be processed
• Handle food and your work area withcare and proper hygiene
• Monitoring and compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations
• Ensuring that kitchen and service operations run smoothly

• Completed vocational training as a chef and at least 2 years of professional experience in the restaurant industry
• Communication is your strength —at our restaurant, the service and kitchen staff work as a team
• Sensitivity to guests' needs
• In-depth technical expertise and a strong commitment to quality
• A strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and loyalty
• A dedicated and independent work style
• High flexibility and resilience
• You speak German fluently and/or have a good command of English
