Description
For the coming summer season, we are looking for a motivated young chef to support our kitchen. Together with our kitchen team, which already consists of many well-trained regular employees, you will spoil our young and old guests with varied, mostly organic-certified and tasty dishes that are also a very special experience for the eye. With buffet evenings, fondue evenings and barbecue evenings with show cooking, we offer our guests a special highlight every week. :)
Requirements
WHAT WE ENTRUST TO YOU
- Support our kitchen team in the preparation of meals according to our quality standards
- Independent preparation and cooking of food
- Active participation in the development of new dishes and specialties in close cooperation with the head chef
- Ensuring a clean and hygienic working environment in the kitchen
- Taking over a kitchen area according to need, interest and ability
- Ensuring efficient storage and inventory management of food and kitchen materials - Re-ordering food from the head chef in good time if required
- Working closely with the service staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Flexibly fill in in various kitchen areas to ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations and support team members

- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Enjoy cooking and an independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, especially with regard to working hours and areas
