Mandatory internship Trainee Service (m/w/d)

WHAT WE ENTRUST TO YOU:

• Serving food 
• Clearing tables, setting them, and preparing them for the next service
• Informing guests about ingredients, preparation, and potential allergens—if requested
• Attending daily briefings before the start of your shift (menu changes, guest requests, etc.)
• Setting up, breaking down, restocking, and maintaining the buffets (breakfast, midday snack, dinner)
• Managing and restocking beverage stations as part of our all-inclusive concept
• Mise-en-place tasks (e.g., polishing glasses and cutlery, folding napkins)
• Cleaning the restaurant and buffet areas according to our hygiene and cleanliness standards (including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping)
• Friendly, attentive guest interaction—especially when dealing with families and children

• You are able to handle our guests’ complaints and concerns professionally and calmly
• You are a team player but also capable of completing tasks independently and on your own initiative
• It is important to you that your colleagues can rely on you
• You have the physical stamina and endurance required for service work
• You have a strong awareness of hygiene and perform cleaning tasks accurately and carefully
• You have very good German or English language skills
