Welcome to the heart of our gastronomic team! Our family-run hotel and restaurant is looking for a passionate and experienced chef (m/f/d) to enrich our kitchen with creativity, skill and leadership. Tasks:
- Supervision and organization of kitchen operations to ensure smooth running
- Creative development and implementation of seasonal menus and innovative specialties
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team to achieve peak performance and promote a positive working environment
- Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards in accordance with applicable regulations
- Effective inventory control and management to optimize costs and minimize waste
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Proven experience in a managerial position, preferably in a hotel or restaurant business
- Creativity and passion for cooking, coupled with an eye for detail and quality
- Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to lead a motivated team
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a high degree of initiative
- Language skills
