Description
We are looking for a motivated chef for our family-run ***hotel in Obertauern.
You’ll treat our hotel guests—who can choose from a 3-course menu (with a salad bar)—to delicious meals, delight our à la carte guests, and prepare lunch for the ski school children and our staff. Our guests appreciate good Austrian cuisine, and you’ll prepare all the dishes with a small kitchen team.

Requirements
- HP (3-course set menu with salad bar): Prepared as a team (with a second chef/kitchen assistant)
- A la carte menu development (evening and lunch menus to be coordinated) and preparation
- Lunch for ski school children (approx. 7 weeks during the season), staff meals, and meals for the family
- Christmas/New Year’s Eve menu
- Kitchen procedures (inventory management, HACCP, etc.)
- Ensuring the highest quality and consistency of dishes
- Dedicated collaboration within a small kitchen team to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
- Language skills
