Description
We are a sixth-generation family business—run with heart, down-to-earthness, and attention to detail. Our **** hotel in St. Michael im Lungau offers around 120 beds; depending on the season, up to 22 colleagues ensure that our guests feel right at home. To strengthen our five-person kitchen team, we are looking for you as a chef de partie/cook.
Your tasks:
- Preparing the pension menu in the morning or afternoon together with your colleagues
- Providing personal and attentive service to our guests in the evening at the grill station in the restaurant
- Replacing the head chef on his days off in the à la carte kitchen
- Working closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Assisting in other service areas when necessary—we are a small team where everyone pitches in
