Description
We are a sixth-generation family-run business—managed with heart, down-to-earth values, and attention to detail. Our ****-rated hotel in St. Michael im Lungau offers approximately 120 beds; depending on the season, up to 22 colleagues ensure that our guests feel right at home. To strengthen our 5-person kitchen team, we’re looking for you as a Chef de Partie / Cook.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing the guesthouse menu in the morning or afternoon together with your colleagues
- Providing personal and attentive service to our guests in the evening at the grill station in the restaurant
- Standing in for the head chef in the à la carte kitchen on his days off
- Working closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Helping out in other service areas when needed—we’re a small team where everyone pitches in
