Description
- No "front-of-house cooking" in front of guests
- Part-time shifts (mornings & evenings)
- Daily preparation of the mise-en-place for the breakfast buffet
- Daily preparation of food for the breakfast buffet
- Assistance with food preparation (e.g., salads, appetizers) for boarding house guests (no à la carte)
- Neat and responsible handling of food
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- 6-day workweek, 48 hours
- Relevant vocational training or practical experience in the hotel and restaurant industry
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
- Strong flexibility, ability to work well in a team, and resilience
- Passion for the profession
- Language skills
