Description
- No "front cooking" in front of the guest
- Part-time service (mornings & evenings)
- Daily preparation of the mise-en-place for the breakfast buffet
- Daily preparation of food for the breakfast buffet
- Support in the production of dishes (e.g. salads, appetizers) for the pension guests (no à-la-carte)
- Proper, responsible handling of food
- Compliance with the guidelines according to HAACP
Requirements
- 6-day week, 48 hours
- Relevant professional training or practical experience in the hotel/catering industry
- Independent and high-quality way of working
- Distinct flexibility & ability to work in a team, as well as resilience
- Passion for the job
