- Daily preparation of mise en place
- Setting tables for guests (breakfast or dinner, no à la carte)
- Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus
- Professional execution of food and beverage service
- Proper use, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and materials
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness throughout the entire work and restaurant area
- Professional handling of guest complaints
- Contribution of personal ideas and creativity
- Compliance with hygiene guidelines in accordance with HACCP
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or equivalent practical experience in the hospitality industry is required
- An independent and high-quality approach to work
- Strong flexibility, teamwork skills, and the ability to handle pressure
- Passion for the profession
