Fine dining is an important part of our guests’ getaway. At our adults-only wellness hotel, couples not only enjoy peace and relaxation, but also culinary experiences that make their stay truly special.

Your responsibilities

  • You will prepare classic hot dishes for our afternoon buffet every day
  • You will ensure that the food is fresh, appealing, and ready for the buffet on time
  • In the evening, you will prepare our 5-course menu of your choice based on the set menu, featuring
  • You will follow the recipes, guidelines, and quality standards set by our kitchen team
  • You will be responsible for mise en place and prep work for your assigned station
  • You pay attention to taste, quality, freshness, and attractive presentation of the food
  • You work in a clean, organized, and meticulous manner during both prep and service times
  • You will work closely with the kitchen management, your colleagues, and the service staff
  • You consistently comply with hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP requirements 

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have completed culinary training or have comparable experience
  • You enjoy cooking classic hot dishes and meals
  • You enjoy working according to clear guidelines and recipes
  • You are reliable, neat, and well-organized
  • You'll stay on top of things even during peak service hours
  • You have a keen eye for quality, taste, and presentation
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and stepping in to help wherever needed
