Head Waiter (m/f/d)

Here, you’ll help couples enjoy every moment—from their first cup of coffee in the morning to dinner together. As a Chef de Rang, you’ll play a key role in shaping our guests’ dining experience—with passion, professionalism, and a personal touch. 

Your responsibilities

• Independently managing a section of the restaurant
• A warm welcome and personalized service for our guests
• Ensuring that services run smoothly within one's own area
• Proper Serving of Food and Beverages
• Advising our guests on the menu, wine, beverages, and food intolerances
• Active promotion of beverages, wine pairings, and additional services
• Preparation and supervision of daily mise en place
• Setting, checking, and tidying up the tables according to our standards
• Close collaboration with the kitchen, bar, front desk, and restaurant management
• Ensuring cleanliness, order, and a neat and tidy appearance in the restaurant

Your Profile

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, or comparable experience in upscale service
• Expertise in food, beverages, wine, and service procedures
• A keen sense of what guests want, special occasions, and unspoken wishes
• An independent, structured, and forward-thinking approach to work
• A sense of responsibility for one's own rank
• A neat and tidy appearance and professional manners
• Team spirit and a willingness to actively support colleagues
• Calm, clarity, and a focus on solutions—even during peak service hours
• Excellent knowledge of German
• A neat and professional appearance and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests
