What you'll be doing
- Preparing a fresh, lovingly prepared breakfast
- Arranging breakfast plates, egg dishes, and small specials
- Preparation and mise en place for breakfast service
- Working independently in the breakfast area
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Contributing ideas for new breakfast concepts and seasonal highlights
Requirements
What you bring to the table
- Experience as a chef, breakfast chef, or all-round kitchen assistant is an advantage
- Enjoy working in the early hours of the morning
- Independent and clean working style
- Attention to detail and a flair for presentation
- Reliability, calmness, and an overview—even during the morning rush
- Language skills
German
C2 (excellent knowledge)
