Your tasks
- Preparation and presentation of our regional and seasonal dishes
- Responsibility for your own post
- Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
- Support in the development of new dishes
- Efficient collaboration with the entire kitchen team
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or several years of professional experience
- Passion for high-quality, regional cuisine
- Structured, responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and reliability
- Interest in modern techniques such as dry aging and smoking is an advantage
- Language skills
