Your Responsibilities

Preparation and presentation of our regional and seasonal dishes
Responsibility for your own station
Adherence to our quality and hygiene standards
Assisting in the development of new dishes
Efficient collaboration with the entire kitchen team

Requirements

Completed culinary training or several years of professional experience
Passion for high-quality, regional cuisine
A structured, responsible approach to work
Ability to work in a team, resilience, and reliability
Interest in modern techniques such as dry aging and smoking is a plus

Language skills

German

Mother tongue

Work permit: EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
Working time: Full-time (5 days)

Work experience: 1 Jahr
Leadership experience: < 1 Jahr
