Description
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed and experienced sous chef (m/f/d) for our family-run hotel. In this responsible position, you will support or deputize for the head chef and play a key role in the preparation and presentation of our high-quality 5-course gourmet menus (no à la carte). You will work actively in the kitchen, coordinate the processes, lead the kitchen team and ensure smooth service. Requirements
You have several years of professional experience as a chef in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry and ideally already have management experience. You are characterized by creativity, a passion for cooking and a high level of quality awareness. You work in a structured, independent manner and are used to keeping a cool head even under pressure. We expect you to be a team player, reliable, able to work under pressure and flexible - especially with regard to working hours at weekends and on public holidays. You also have a sound knowledge of food preparation and a strong sense of responsibility for hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
