Chef Cook (m/f/d)

We are looking for a creative chef who is experienced in every aspect of food preparation

You are the boss and keep control of the kitchen.

Responsibilities- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities- Modify or create new dishes that meet quality standards- Assess food needs and food/labor costs- Oversee the activities of kitchen staff- Arrange equipment purchases and repairs to the Restaurant Manager- Direct kitchen staff- Resolve any issues or complaints that arise- Put the finishing touches on prepared dishes- Complete administrative tasks- Complete merchandise orders according to NBB specifications- Adhere to nutritional and sanitation guidelines and safety standards- Maintain time records- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards staff and guests

Requirements- Proven work experience as a chef- Training in the food service or hospitality industry- Exceptional kitchen management experience- Ability to recognize problems and solve them efficiently- Able to delegate multiple tasks- Communication and leadership skills- Keep up to date on cooking trends- Practical knowledge in the use of various computer software programs
