Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Independently preparing cakes, tarts, slices, and desserts
- Preparations (creams, crusts, various doughs, fillings, decorations)
- Maintaining a clean work environment in accordance with hygiene and quality standards
- Assisting with new recipes and seasonal creations
What you bring to the table
- Completed training as a pastry chef (LAP) is a plus, but not a requirement
- Alternatively: demonstrable experience as a hobby baker or career changer, and a genuine interest in the craft
- Diligence, reliability, team spirit, and a keen eye for detail
- Enjoyment of learning new things and pitching in with day-to-day tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with cake decorating, chocolate, piping techniques, or similar
- Your own small portfolio (photos/Instagram are sufficient)
- Language skills
