We require:
- Completed training as a confectioner or pastry chef
- A structured and independent work style and attention to detail
- A strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- A neat and professional appearance
- Good command of German
- Enjoyment of the profession and working as part of a team
- Willingness to pursue further training
