Description
Completed vocational training as a confectioner or pastry chef. Do you love the art of making sweets, have an eye for fine details, and enjoy transforming high-quality ingredients into little works of art? Then we’re looking for someone just like you to join our kitchen team. Comprehensive product and technical knowledge; a sense of responsibility, as well as independence and creativity; a team player who is punctual and able to work under pressure; a clean, efficient, and independent work style; knowledge of HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- Sweet Creations: You’ll be responsible for the artisanal preparation of fine desserts, cakes, pastries, and chocolates.
- Your Personal Touch: You’ll contribute your own ideas and design our seasonal desserts
- A feast for the eyes: With great attention to detail, you’ll arrange the desserts to look perfect.
- Precise Craftsmanship: You’re skilled in working with dough and chocolate
- Quality & Cleanliness: You’ll oversee ingredient procurement and storage, and meticulously ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene protocols.
- Precision: You work with precision and cleanliness and hold your own creations to high quality standards.
- Team spirit: Even when things get hectic during peak hours, you keep a smile on your face and stay focused. You’re a true team player.
