• Providing cosmetic treatments and services for our guests
• Advising guests on various treatment options and their benefits
• Managing the SPA reception desk and organizing appointment bookings
• Compliance with Hygiene and Safety Standards in the Spa Area
• Collaborate with the SPA team to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Building a relationship of trust with our guests

You'll be bringing the following:

• Completed training in cosmetology or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the wellness and spa industry is a plus
• A friendly demeanor and empathy when interacting with guests
• Ability to work well with others and a proactive approach to work
• Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays
