Description
Our family-run businesses, the **** Familienhotel Post and Villa Postillion am See, are open 10 months of the year. The Familienhotel Post, with 120 beds, has specialized in families for 30 years, is a founding member of Kinderhotels, and also has a small à la carte restaurant. The Villa Postillion am See can accommodate 75 people. The main kitchen remains at the Family Hotel Post, while the dishes for the house guests are prepared at the Villa Postillion. We catch fresh fish every day with our own net fishery on the lake. Our à la carte restaurant Wappenstüberl specializes in fish caught by us on Lake Millstatt and is recommended by Falstaff and the Carinthia Kitchen Guide. For our dedicated team, which includes many long-standing employees from the Lake Millstatt region, we are looking for a head chef (m/f) who would like to practice their profession all year round with long-term prospects and enthusiasm.
Requirements
• Independent organization and work in the kitchen
• Creating menus, monitoring hygiene, maintaining and improving the use of goods
• Collaboration, use of the in-house garden for herbs, berries, vegetables
• Collaborating with local farmers regarding regional products.
