We’re launching a new dining concept in Radstadt in December 2026 and are looking for you to join us as our head chef (m/f/d) starting in early November 2026.
Something completely new is taking shape from an old, historic building—everything is being renovated, redesigned, and infused with new life. Requirements

You appreciate working in a small team where everyone pitches in and you can count on one another. Quality, locally sourced ingredients, and a mindful approach to food are second nature to you.
Your responsibilities:
- Helping to develop and implement our menu
- Independently managing and organizing the kitchen
- Leading a small team (1 cook and a dishwasher)
- Purchasing, inventory management, and cost calculation
- Ensuring quality and hygiene (HACCP)
- Actively participating in the preparation and execution of the grand opening
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as a chef
- A passion for fresh, seasonal cuisine
- Creativity and a passion for contributing your own ideas
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Team spirit, reliability, and a hands-on attitude
- Language skills
