Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the kitchen, including organization, quality, hygiene, and cost-effectiveness
- Development and implementation of our culinary line (menu planning, seasonality, regionality, creative accents)
- Management, motivation, and further development of the kitchen team
- Operational cooking and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Purchasing goods, calculating costs, cost control, supplier management, and warehouse organization (focus on high-quality, reliable partners)
Compliance with and monitoring of the highest HACCP standards as well as cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- What you bring
- Completed training as a chef and several years of experience, ideally in a similar position
- High quality standards, attention to detail, and a keen sense of taste and presentation
- Leadership skills: you are clear, fair, engaging—and you roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- Organizational skills and economic thinking (cost of goods, calculation, processes)
- Enthusiasm for regional products, seasonal cuisine, and creative developments
- Team spirit, resilience, and a calm head—even when things get busy
- Very good German language skills
