The Berwanger Hof kitchen, with a team of eight, is looking for an Entremetier. If you enjoy your profession and regular working hours, then join the Berwanger Hof team as an Entremetier (m/f/d). Start date: immediately or by agreement

Requirements
What we’re looking for in you:
- Completed training as a chef
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Enjoyment of working with fresh products/food
- A neat appearance and clean work habits
- You work in an organized, independent, and results-oriented manner
- High personal standards of quality
- Enjoyment of your own creativity and shaping the areas of responsibility assigned to you
- Good command of German
- You enjoy working in a great team (we are not looking for lone wolves)
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing and plating soups and side dishes at the entremetier station
- Ensuring order and cleanliness, adhering to hygiene and quality standards
- Preparation of all dishes for the à la carte and in-house dining areas
- Ability to work independently
- Structured approach to work
- Menu planning: Collaborating on menu suggestions in close coordination with the head chef
- You will lead the Entremetier section as Chef de Partie
- Language skills
