Requirements
If you’re passionate about your profession and want to thrive in a small hotel, you’ve come to the right place. We offer regular working hours and a manageable workload. We expect you to lead the kitchen staff, ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, prepare inventory lists, and organize the menu while managing food purchases. This includes inventory management and quality control, as well as preparing set menus and à la carte dishes. You’ll also be responsible for serving meals, cleaning your workstation, and leading the team. It’s a position of great responsibility. You are the cornerstone of our hotel.

Offer
We have a small hotel right in the middle of the ski resort. The hotel has 20 rooms. Our restaurant seats 70 people. Guests can choose between half-board and à la carte. We don’t serve lunch; we only have a 4-hour peak period in the evening. The team also includes an assistant cook and a dishwasher/kitchen helper. They work a 6-day week and, in addition to meals and housing, also receive special bonuses.

- Accommodation in a single room, meals, free Wi-Fi, and a laundry service for work uniforms. Bonus payments are possible. A bonus is available for employees who live at home and do not need a room.
