At the Hotel Haflingerhof in Wildschönau , we cook with integrity, using regional ingredients and a great deal of passion. Our guests appreciate the combination of Tyrolean hospitality, high-quality ingredients, and modern cuisine. To that end, we’re looking for a head chef who enjoys taking on responsibility, contributes their own ideas, and works with our team to treat our guests to culinary delights.
Requirements
- Independent management and organization of the kitchen
- Designing our varied evening menus (4 courses with a choice of 3 main dishes)
- Preparing a small à la carte lunch menu
- Responsibility for ordering supplies, inventory management, and cost calculation
- Upholding our values in line with the Austrian Ecolabel regarding quality and sustainability
- Language skills
German
