Description
We are a 4-star alpine gourmet hotel in the Salzburg Mountains, located right next to the ski resort in the World Cup town of Flachau. Our cuisine is our hallmark—the heart of our hotel. To continue pampering our guests with excellent cuisine, we are looking for a new, motivated executive chef!
Requirements
To maintain our culinary standards, we are looking for a head chef with sufficient professional experience. So if you have already managed a kitchen of this caliber for several seasons and have the appropriate training, then you’ve come to the right place. The kitchen is a top priority at our establishment and is our flagship. This has also been recognized in numerous reviews (e.g., 2 toques in the 2019 Gault Millau guide). Above all, however, our many regular guests are consistently delighted with our cuisine and often return to us for this very reason. We would like to continue on this path together with you and look forward to receiving your application.
