We are looking for new team members to join our hotel bar in the heart of Flachau for the upcoming 2026–2027 winter season
Our family-run 4-star hotel in Flachau places great emphasis on personalized service, hospitality, and a harmonious work environment. To support our dedicated team, we are looking for a Bar Manager / Bartender (m/f/d) who, with enthusiasm and expertise, will make our hotel bar a highlight for our guests.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent preparation and presentation of cocktails and beverages
- Ensuring friendly and professional service in the bar area
- Advising guests on the selection of drinks and cocktails
- Responsibility for the organization and cleanliness of the bar area
- Ensuring high quality and consistency of beverages
- Assisting with ordering and inventory management

Requirements
Your profile:
- Experience in the bar or restaurant industry, ideally as a bartender or bar server
- Expertise in preparing cocktails and beverages
- Enjoy interacting with guests and have a confident demeanor
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Good German and English skills are a plus
