Description
We are looking for a flexible, resilient, qualified, and motivated head chef to lead our kitchen team at the Hotel Zauchenseehof starting this coming summer season—someone who is seeking a new challenge. We have 79 family rooms, which means we host approximately 160 adult guests and about 100 teenagers and children; as such, we specialize in families.
Requirements
Work Permit: EU citizens preferred (no permit required) Duration/Type: Full-time / 6-day workweek for two seasons (year-round position possible) Experience: Experience is required. Languages: German (excellent knowledge), English (good knowledge), completed training as a chef. Commitment, enthusiasm, and passion for the profession; ability to work independently and responsibly. Responsibilities: Organizing the kitchen team and shift schedules; conducting interviews with kitchen staff; planning menus and the à la carte menu; purchasing all goods and food items for use in the kitchen; ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines.

Offer
Employment Type: Employment Contract Salary: Starting at approx. €3,800 net (6 days), subject to agreement, depending on the type of employment (full-time or seasonal employee). Meals and accommodation are provided. We are willing to pay above the collective bargaining agreement rate depending on qualifications and professional experience.
