We are a family-run 3-star hotel located in the heart of the Salzburg Sports World. Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are looking for passionate and dedicated employees who would like to join our motivated team.
To support our team, we are looking for a flexible, resilient, qualified, and motivated receptionist for the summer season, starting June 25, who is seeking a new challenge.
Your responsibilities:
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Communication with guests via email and phone
- Create quotes and send booking confirmations
- On-site vacation advice
Your profile:
- EU citizens preferred (no visa required)
- relevant training or experience in a reception role
- A passion for work and a friendly, open personality
- Teamwork, creativity, motivation, and flexibility
- strong communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Computer skills
