Receptionist (m/f/d)

We are a family-run 3-star hotel in the heart of the Salzburger Sportwelt. Our aim is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are looking for passionate and committed employees who would like to become part of our motivated team.

To support our team, we are looking for a flexible, resilient, qualified and motivated Receptionist who is looking for a new challenge.

Your tasks:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Communication with guests via e-mail and telephone
• Create offers and send booking confirmations
• Vacation advice on site

Your profile:

• EU citizens preferred (no approval required)
• a relevant completed apprenticeship or experience at reception
• Passion for your work and a friendly, open nature
• Ability to work in a team, creativity, motivation and flexibility
• good communication skills
• good command of written and spoken German and English
• IT skills
