Requirements
Your tasks with us at the Sonnberghof:
- Overall responsibility for the organization and processes in our hotel kitchen
- Development of a modern, regionally rooted range of dishes
- Management and further development of the kitchen team
- Compliance with and implementation of the highest quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Cooperation with service management and management
- Ordering goods, stock management and ongoing cost control
- Language skills
German
C2 (excellent knowledge)
