Our very successful brewery inn, “Bieralp,” built in 2018 in a unique location, features state-of-the-art kitchen facilities and regular working hours.
The Bieralp is open year-round, Tuesday through Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. Hot meals are served on opening days from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Here’s what you can expect from us:
- A 5-day workweek, always Tuesday through Saturday
- Sundays and Mondays are days off, so you’re free
- No split shifts
- Rotating weekly shifts for early and late shifts (early shift from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., late shift from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
