To strengthen our kitchen team, we’re looking for an experienced kitchen assistant (m/f/d) starting December 1, 2026 —someone with a team spirit, dedication, and a passion for working in the kitchen.
At our family-run 4-star hotel, you’ll support our kitchen team in our half-board kitchen (no à la carte) and, together with your colleagues, ensure that the daily meals for our guests run smoothly.
Here’s what you can expect:

- Gross monthly salary starting at €3,000—higher pay possible depending on experience, commitment, and performance

Requirements
- Several years of kitchen experience in the hotel and restaurant industry
- A well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well with others, resilience, and flexibility
- Creativity and openness to new ideas
- Ability to work and think independently and with dedication
- Knowledge of German
- Language skills

Offer
- This position offers a minimum net salary of €2,200
- + pro-rated special payments (13th and 14th month salaries)
- + a share of tips
- For accommodations in a private apartment with a bathroom, toilet, Wi-Fi, TV, (possibly a kitchen), and laundry facilities, we charge starting at €4.00 per day
