Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting our pastry team with daily production
- Helping with cakes and pastries —our selection is like a small pastry shop
- Preparing and making pralines and chocolates
- Helping with production for our in-house shop, “Rösslerei”
- Assisting with the preparation of Austrian classics such as Kaiserschmarren and Salzburger Nockerl
- General preparation and cleaning tasks in the pastry kitchen
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

- Completed training as a pastry chef, patissier, or a comparable qualification
- A passion for high-quality pastries and traditional Austrian pastry-making

- Ability to work independently and reliably

- Experience in fine dining or the hospitality industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn about and help shape various areas of our pastry shop
