Requirements

Scope of duties and responsibilities

- Execute purchase orders as directed and as specified on departmental purchase order forms
- independent execution of routine orders in consultation with the direct supervisor to avoid bottlenecks
- Quantity control of incoming goods, countersignature on delivery note/invoice, comparison with order form
- Quality control together with a responsible department manager
- Responsibility for the correct rotation of stored goods, checking expiration dates and reporting any perishable goods to the F&B Manager at an early stage
- Goods issue on the basis of the goods request slip within the goods issue times
- daily checking of minimum and maximum stocks, participation in inventories, keeping statistics
- Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as responsibility for the proper functioning of the machines in his area
- Informing the direct supervisor in the event of incidents that affect one's own work area
- Cooperation and collaboration with the other departments, e.g. taking over cooking sponsorships as well as arrival and departure services
- Integration into the overall team and its programs, e.g. participation in shows and evening events
