Breakfast Allrounder for Apart-Hotel
We are looking for a motivated breakfast all-rounder for our small seasonal business in Lech am Arlberg. The Apart-Hotel Laurus is a renowned hotel in the upscale vacation hotel sector. Situated in a breathtaking setting, our hotel offers guests exclusive comfort and first-class service in both the summer and winter seasons. We pride ourselves on offering our guests unforgettable experiences and first-class hospitality.
Your tasks
Do you love getting up early and personal contact with guests? Then you've come to the right place!
Your tasks will include
- Welcoming and looking after guests during breakfast
- Providing an appealing breakfast buffet
- Preparing the breakfast tables and the buffet
- Ensuring that everything runs smoothly during breakfast
- Ensuring the highest quality of service and guest satisfaction
- Fulfilling individual guest wishes and requirements
Requirements
- German and English language skills are an advantage
- Experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is an advantage, but not essential
- Passion for first-class service and hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure, even in stressful situations
- Flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Hands-on mentality
